Get a clearer picture of where your organization stands.
The free BluePrint Technology & AI Quick Check helps identify possible gaps and opportunities across technology planning, operational organization, foundational safeguards, and AI readiness.
Free • Approximately 7–10 minutes • Personalized readiness summary
Four areas that shape technology readiness
The Quick Check looks at the practical foundations that influence how well technology supports the organization today and how ready it is to improve.
Technology direction
Reviews whether technology decisions, priorities, vendors, budgets, and responsibilities are guided by a clear plan.
Operational organization
Looks at documentation, ownership, onboarding, subscriptions, processes, and the risk of important knowledge depending on one person.
Technology safeguards
Reviews foundational practices such as access management, multifactor authentication, backups, offboarding, employee awareness, and incident preparation.
AI readiness
Explores current AI use, data-handling practices, human review, policy needs, and opportunities to improve repetitive work.
A useful starting point—not a generic score
Your results are designed to help leadership recognize possible priorities, understand where more attention may be needed, and decide on a practical next step.
Readiness snapshot
See how your organization currently approaches technology direction, operational organization, safeguards, and AI use.
Priority observations
Receive a brief summary of the areas that may deserve the most attention based on your responses.
Practical next steps
Get a small set of realistic recommendations you can use before committing to a larger project.
The Quick Check is a general readiness review. It is not a cybersecurity audit, compliance certification, penetration test, legal opinion, or substitute for specialized professional advice.
A simple process from questions to next steps
The Quick Check is designed to be easy to complete while still producing a useful, personalized starting point for your organization.
1. “Tell us about your organization.”
Provide basic information about your size, current technology environment, priorities, and concerns.
2. “Complete the readiness questions”
Answer a short series of questions across technology direction, operations, safeguards, and AI readiness.
3. “Receive your readiness summary.”
Your responses are scored using consistent rules, then summarized into practical observations and next steps.
4. “Decide what happens next.”
Use the results internally, schedule a conversation, or explore a full BluePrint Technology & AI Assessment.
During the initial rollout, AI will assist with drafting the readiness summary, but Blue Bloc will review results before delivery. As the scoring and reporting process matures, more of the workflow may be automated with appropriate safeguards.
Before you begin
You do not need technical expertise to complete the Quick Check. The questions are written for business owners, executives, operations leaders, and others responsible for making technology decisions.
It helps to know:
• Approximately how many employees your organization has
• Who currently manages technology decisions
• Whether you use an outside IT provider
• Your biggest technology or operational concern
• Whether employees are already using AI tools
• Which repetitive activities take the most time
Do not include sensitive information!
The Quick Check should not include passwords, banking details, private customer records, confidential security configurations, protected health information, API keys, or other sensitive data.
General descriptions are enough to produce a useful starting point.
Most organizations can complete the Quick Check in about 7–10 minutes.
